Gas Boiler Services for Landlords & Estate Agents
At CAFgas CIC, we work with landlords, estate agents and lettings agents in West Cheshire, Flintshire and Denbighshire. We provide a range of services including gas boiler installation, fault diagnosis, boiler repair, annual gas safety inspections and landlord certificates.
In addition, we can undertake full central heating installation, including system design, system upgrades, radiator replacements, boiler relocation, power flushing and radiator valve replacement. We are also trained to work on storage cylinders and unvented systems, and we are also here to undertake small plumbing jobs if required.
Landlord Certificates / CP12
Landlords are legally required to have annual checks on all gas appliances in a tenanted property. Landlords must hold a valid Gas Safety Certificate CP12 and provide tenants or letting agents with a copy.
We are happy to talk directly to your tenants to make appointments to visit, removing that potential headache away from you. We will, of course, provide any necessary feedback from that appointment, if required, so that all communication is up-to-date.
