  • Stand far enough away to show the whole boiler and any space above or below
  • Show any obstructions in front of the boiler
  • Include any pipework above or below the boiler, if possible

The Front Of Your House

  • Make sure the whole house is in view
  • Take the photo from the front
  • Clear view with nothing in the way
  • Avoid taking a zoomed-in photo of just the front door

The Fault Or Issue

  • If there is a visible fault or issue, include a photo of it here
  • Try to capture the detail of where the issue originates, e.g. where the leak starts if your radiators are leaking
